Our prestigious client is looking to hire an Administrative/ Examination Assistant to support with the administration of various ongoing programs and projects. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year years experience as an administrator or office clerk. Providing administrative support in a healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical, non profit, or academic environment is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Day to day operations including: scheduling and calendar management, booking meetings, arranging conferences, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Executives and team including scheduling assistance, arranging couriers and preparing presentations
  • Prepare for and attend meetings and record minutes as required
  • Assist with processing of examination data and establish procedures as necessary.
  • Transcribe memos, minutes and other correspondence and summarize into reports
  • Arrange teleconference and online meetings
  • Organize and maintain examination, office and kitchen supplies and equipment in accordance with examination, meeting and office schedules.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in the Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical or Non-Profit field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work alongside a team

Must have:
    • At least 1+ years of experience providing administrative or office clerk support
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office ( Word and Excel )

    Nice to have:
      • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
