Customer Service Coordinator / Administration (Must speak Russian)

Location: Wilson and Highway 400

Shift: Full Time, Permanent

Job duties of the Customer Service Coordinator/ Administration role

Receiving and recording data, such as processing orders, client account information and other documentations

    • Verifying data, confirming with clients if there is any discrepancies, tracking information
    • Liaising with various departments in order to resolve customer concerns
    • Maintaining the purchase order filing system
    • Other administrative duties as require

Ideal Candidate of the Customer Service Coordinator/ Administration role will have:

  • 2+ years of administrative or order desk experience
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Russian
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills- MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, day to day problem solving
  • Must be able to multitask

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
