As a District Manager for our CPG clients, you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of all business requirements for your assigned region, as well as provide coaching and mentoring to your representatives. This role requires an organized and energetic individual who can demonstrate the following skills and requirements:



 




  • Lead, train, support and provide on-going development of retail field representatives

  • Effective time management (of self and others)

  • Work in collaboration with internal teams to deliver on client expectations of accuracy and insight

  • Work to deliver field operations and results that meet and exceed the Mosaic and client standard/expectations.

  • Interacting with key client contacts to understand retail priorities upcoming initiatives/product launches and in-store execution needs.

  • Problem solves and provides strategic advice and recommendations to improve and grow the business.

  • Drive training and communication strategies to optimize team sales results, engagement and retention

  • Develop execution plans to succeed within various banner environments

  • Strong orientation to identifying and maintaining operational best practices

  • Ability to analyze business results and report on key insights, and develop action plans to address opportunities

  • Administration of payroll time and expense information, call reports, etc. where required



 



Qualifications



 




  • Minimum 5 years of prior District Management experience in retail, sales/bookings, merchandising, field marketing and training

  • Success in meeting performance goals with a burning desire to be the best

  • Outgoing professional personality with the ability to build relationships quickly

  • Strong team leadership skills with ability to prioritize, problem solve and multi-task

  • Experience leading a team/relevant people management experience (remote management considered an asset)

  • Experience/understanding of retail CPG industry

  • Highly adaptable; Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions.

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Client service oriented, strong attention to detail, meticulous follow up and proactive

  • Use of a vehicle to conduct field visits and infield training

  • Grocery experience preferred

  • Home office space with broadband Internet connectivity required

  • 24 hour/7 days a week computer access

  • Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite
