 What will your typical day look like?



As an outbound sales representative, you will promote and sell different products to potential customers and establish a relationship of trust with them in an effort to achieve your goal and increase their level of satisfaction and confidence.



Specifically, you will:




  • establish contact with new and existing consumers

  • understand the customer’s needs and objections

  • attempt to overcome their objections

  • propose available packages and/or services tailored to their needs

  • walk consumers through the benefits

  • achieve your sales targets by closing the sales opportunities

What do you have to offer?



You are:




  • bilingual (English and French) or Francophone

  • experienced in sales either over the phone or face to face

  • highly-motivated and goal-oriented

  • dynamic, persistent, passionate and caring

  • good listening skills

  • interested in having a challenging job

  • able to work with minimal supervision

  • computer savvy

  • available Tuesday to Thursday from noon to 8:30 pm; Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday and Monday 0ff

What skills are an asset?




  • high-school diploma

  • previous experience in customer service, telemarketing and/or sales



 



Additional information:




  • permanent, full time position

  • training is on a full-time basis and consists of a combination of in-class and on-the-job training for a period of approximatively 10 weeks.
