As a Professional Services Consultant, Heavy Equipment, you will be responsible for:

  • Consulting, best practices, and business analysis of Heavy Equipment dealership business
  • Building system optimization programs for the Heavy Equipment Dealer population
  • Successfully and independently completing consulting engagements as assigned
  • Upselling future consulting services
  • Engaging dealership personnel in implementation of products to ensure the client is able to perform daily tasks
  • Conducting speaking engagements, preparing conference material, and delivering group consulting sessions
  • Completing site reports, communicating with business leaders on recommendations, and building future plans
  • Conducting periodic status meetings to assure client satisfaction
  • Completing and submitting field paperwork

Requirements/Attributes:

  • 75% travel in North America (United States, Canada)
  • Must be located near major airport
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Training and Product experience with CDK Heavy Equipment required
  • Knowledge of Accounting principles preferred
  • 5 + years of IntelliDealer DMS Software experience ideal
  • Ability to present in front of groups and demonstrate subject matter expertise
  • Strong critical thinking and technical aptitude
  • Ability to clearly communicate best practices, industry standards, and build long term optimization plans
  • Enjoys problem solving, utilizing multiple resources
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable work experience
  • PC Skills ( Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential
  • Strong business acumen
  • Flexibility and adaptability
