Position: Human Resources Administrator
Location: Toronto
Salary: $25 to $30 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (chance of extension)

Our client in downtown Toronto is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Administrator.

This role will provide a full range of administration services to the organization, across all aspects of the Human Resources department.


- Completed university degree or college diploma in Human Resources administration
- At least 4 years of experience in a broad functioning Human Resources role

Job Responsibilities:

- Act as the first point of contact for employees on all Human Resources operational services
- Intake, document, and escalate to Business Partners all managerial questions and employee questions/issues around performance and/or accommodations
- Act as the front-line administrator of MILO
- Perform annual compensation rate reviews and administer the benefit program
- Maintain the Human Resources dashboard, reporting on established key metrics and ensuring data integrity
- Document and prepare reports (i.e. maintain records of grievances and disciplinarian issues, turnover, sick leaves, training uptake and compliance, etc.)
- Update and maintain employee handbook and policies, and support the Business Partners with launch and communication
- Create a “how-to” manual for Human Resources administration and policies
- Act as the Human Resources Representative on the Joint and Health Committee
- Participate in Human Resources projects and duties, as assigned
