Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the administration of the day-to-day HR activities including providing general administrative assistance to the HR Team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR filing systems and personnel records

-  Recruitment support,

- Coordinating new employee onboarding;

- Tracking HR metrics and dashboard management

- Coordinating employee recognition programs,

- Administration of disability claims and “return to work” programs

- Intranet maintenance( training provided)

- other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

Requirements:

-  Post-Secondary degree/ diploma in Human Resources or working towards

- Minimum of 2 years’ related experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Advanced interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with different teams

- Effective organizational skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines regularly

- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and record keeping skills

- High energy level and ability to multi-tasking with accuracy and timeliness.

- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information with sensitivity and security

- Autonomous with the ability to work in a team-driven environment
